4. **Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and acquire new clients through various channels, expanding the customer base for equity, derivatives, and other financial products.
* Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, understanding their investment needs and offering tailored solutions.
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for revenue generation and client acquisition.
* Conduct market research and stay updated on financial market trends to provide insightful advice to clients.
* Educate clients on various investment products, trading platforms, and market opportunities.
* Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory guidelines and internal compliance policies.
* Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans to management.
* Actively participate in sales meetings and training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

5. **Required Skills & Qualifications**
* Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial services, broking, or banking industry.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and local languages.
* Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products (equities, derivatives, mutual funds, etc.), and broking operations.
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* High level of self-motivation, target-driven approach, and a customer-centric mindset.
