4. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, from understanding client requirements to offer management and onboarding support.
* Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify high-calibre candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, direct outreach).
* Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for client roles.
* Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
* Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within specific industries.
* Prepare comprehensive candidate profiles and present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed justifications.
* Negotiate offers and facilitate the smooth transition of candidates into new roles.
* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information.

* Proven experience in a recruitment role, preferably within a consultancy or corporate talent acquisition setting.
