4. For Job Seekers (Employees)
As a job seeker on InvenzeeHub, you agree that:
- All information in your profile, resume, and applications is truthful and accurate
- You will not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or skills
- You will not apply for jobs you are not qualified for with the intent to deceive employers
- You will not use the platform for any purpose other than genuine job seeking
- You grant InvenzeeHub permission to share your profile with employers when you apply
- You understand that InvenzeeHub does not guarantee job placement or employment
- You will not upload resumes or documents containing false information
InvenzeeHub acts only as a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We do not verify all candidate information and are not responsible for hiring decisions.
5. For Employers
As an employer on InvenzeeHub, you agree that:
- Your company details, job postings, and all information provided are accurate and genuine
- All job postings represent real, legitimate job openings
- You will not post fake, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
- You will not collect fees or payments from job seekers in exchange for employment
- You will not use candidate data for any purpose other than hiring decisions
- You will not contact candidates for purposes unrelated to the job they applied for
- You comply with all applicable Indian labour laws including equal opportunity employment
- You will not discriminate candidates based on caste, religion, gender, or disability
Strictly Prohibited: Posting jobs that require candidates to pay any registration fee, training fee, or deposit. Such accounts will be permanently banned and reported to authorities.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on InvenzeeHub:
- Posting fake, fraudulent, or misleading job listings
- Collecting money from job seekers in any form
- Spamming users with unsolicited messages or emails
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass bans or restrictions
- Scraping or harvesting user data from our platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage our platform
- Uploading malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
- Impersonating another person, company, or organization
- Posting illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory content
- Using automated bots or scripts to interact with our platform
7. Content Ownership
All content you upload to InvenzeeHub (resumes, company descriptions, job postings) remains your property. By uploading content, you grant InvenzeeHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content solely for the purpose of operating our platform.
All design, code, branding, and original content of InvenzeeHub is owned by InvenzeeHub and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our platform's design or content without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
InvenzeeHub provides its services "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee:
- That job seekers will find employment through our platform
- That employers will find suitable candidates
- The accuracy of information provided by users (employers or job seekers)
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of our platform
9. Limitation of Liability
InvenzeeHub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use our platform
- Fraudulent job postings by third-party employers
- Decisions made based on information on our platform
- Any employment disputes between employers and candidates
- Loss of data due to technical failures
Always verify employer credentials independently before attending interviews or sharing sensitive personal documents.
10. Account Termination
InvenzeeHub reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:
- Violates these Terms of Service
- Engages in fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Receives multiple valid complaints from other users
- Attempts to harm our platform or other users
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@invenzeehub.com. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.
11. Privacy

12. Governing Law & Disputes
